Terms & conditions

All our antique and collectables items are second hand unless stated and are sold as described.
In the event that an item is not as described a full refund will be given on return of the item and we must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery of your item if damaged in transit via email.
Earrings cannot be returned unless damaged in transit due to health and safety .
All returnable items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your item (if undamaged) you may do so within 14 days at your own cost and will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the item only via your original payment method, this is only for items that you have changed your mind over , if the item arrives damaged or not as described then you will be reimbursed in full.
